In 2003, I arrived in Dubai from India at the age of 19, carrying nothing more than a suitcase, a dream and a deep desire to create something meaningful with my life. I didn’t come from wealth nor did I have a safety net. What I did have was a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

My first job was as an IT engineer for a retail group. It was a modest beginning, but one that taught me everything I needed to know about discipline, responsibility, and the value of every opportunity. I was learning not just about systems and technology, but about people—how businesses worked, how decisions were made and how technology could play a pivotal role in operational efficiency.

Every late night at the office, every challenge I faced, and every failure I experienced added another layer to my resilience. I never let my circumstances define me. Instead, I used them to fuel my hunger to grow and achieve more. I knew I wasn’t just working a job—I was laying the foundation for something much greater, even if I couldn’t quite see the full picture yet.

During those formative years, I was quietly observing everything around me—the gaps in service delivery, the lack of personalized client support, and the rigid corporate structures that held back innovation. I realized that there was a major opportunity to introduce smarter, more flexible business process outsourcing services in the Middle East. The idea kept growing in the back of my mind, and I started preparing myself for the leap. I studied the market, listened carefully to customer pain points, and slowly developed a vision of what a people-driven, tech-enabled BPO company could look like.

It wasn’t just about making money—it was about making a difference, building something scalable, and offering young professionals like me a platform to thrive. My dream wasn’t just to run a company, but to change the way businesses thought about outsourcing, technology, and leadership. And so, with little capital but a lot of clarity, I decided to take the plunge.
