Recognition, Impact & Legacy – Leading with Purpose.
Over the years, as IBT grew, so did the recognition. Being awarded “CEO of the Year” in 2021 and “Business Leader of the Year” in 2023 were moments of great pride, but for me, they were also reminders of how far we’ve come and how many people contributed to this journey. These honors are not just personal milestones—they are collective wins for every team member who believed in the vision, worked tirelessly, and stayed committed through every high and low.

As a leader, I’ve come to realize that recognition isn’t the end goal, It’s simply a by product of doing the right things, staying consistent, and showing up every single day. I’ve been fortunate to share my journey on global stages—from TEDx to industry forums—and I’ve spoken not just about business, but about purpose, resilience, and the human side of leadership.

I have always believed that leadership isn’t about control—it’s about influence. It’s about helping others unlock their potential, setting a clear vision, and creating systems that allow people to succeed on their own terms.

Today, as I reflect on this incredible journey, from a young man landing in Dubai with a dream to leading one of the region’s most respected BPO Company, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. My goal now is to mentor the next generation of leaders, continue scaling IBT with innovation and make a lasting impact that goes far beyond revenue or market share. Legacy, to me, is not about what you build, but what you leave behind for others to grow upon.
